• Why has a purchase I've made not shown in my reports?
  
  
  All transactions are logged by our retailers who in turn pass on the details of your earnings to us electronically.
  
  Some retailers only pass reports after their guarantee or returns period has expired - this can take 30-120 days.
  
  Alternatively it may be that either you were not correctly logged in as an aShopFor member before making the purchase or that the retailer's system had problems notifying us of your cashback.
  
  If you have not seen a transaction in your account after 30 days then please fill out the form below with the subject "missing cashback".
  
  We will contact the retailer on your behalf and make every effort to claim the due cashback from them.

• When will I receive my payment?
  
  
  We issue approved cashback payments monthly. Cashback is approved when we have received it from the retailer.
  
  Payments are issued when accounts have accrued $50 or more - if your account is under this amount then it will be carried forward to the next period.
  
  Payments are issued automatically (we send you an email via Paypal) when you qualify, there is no need to submit a 'claim', however you must ensure your account includes your Paypal address.

• Error: Shop contains illegal characters. What should I do?
  
  
  In the Shop URL box make sure you are only typing the extension you want to include in the URL. For example, in the box just type in "myshopname" (for example) instead of the complete URL.
